Keeping
this fundamental point in view, New Adarsh Kalyan Shiksha
Samiti decided to Establish a training institute in a predominantly
rural area. This samiti was established in a purely rural
area
of Uttar Pradesh in District Ghaziabad in the Nov 1991. Having
gained sufficient experience in the field of education during
the last fifteen years and having the services of an experienced
and reputed educationist as consultant, the samiti decided
for the Teacher’s Training Institute.

The mission is to provide quality education to the pupil Teachers to improve their teaching skills and develop in them competencies necessary to play the multi faceted role of the Teacher in the new millenium so that the future generation and pillars of the nation get efficient Teachers to teach them.

• Develop effective communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Help them to avail job opportunities and facilities of self employment for the young generation
